We are a Finnish family based company specialized in plastic injection molding and offering wide range of standard plastic parts for different fields of industry. We provide solutions for protective plugs and caps and other plastic parts for engineering, manufacturing, furniture industries etc. In addition we produce custom made plastic parts for our customers' needs.
Our standard product range covers smooth and threaded plugs and caps to protect tubes, threads, nuts and screws, covering and terminal plugs for tubes, hydraulic protection plugs and caps as well as height adjustable feet, glides and even more. Plastic injection molding is highly effective way to manufacture accurate and economic plastic parts. Different plastic materials may be used to replace other materials in order to reduce part costs and to achieve other benefits and features that other materials would not fulfill.
In designing a new plastic part we are using a customer's 3d-file of the part. We can also design the part for you based on your idea or sketch. We help you through the designing process of the part and provide our knowledge of plastics for your use. We will take care of mould tooling and other required services for you. Production quantaties may vary from thousands to hundreds of thousands pieces.
